Vendor is required to examine job sites (Campuses and Centers) at all of the locations prior to the Pre-Bid Meeting for a review and understanding of the landscape and grounds associated with each Campus and Center for service. Also, for measurements and to determine accessibility and equipment needed for the Landscape /Grounds Maintenance Service requested.

Time Schedule: The following schedule is a general guideline for issuance, evaluation, and recommendation of award of this RFP and issuance of the contract. The College may change the dates of any events of this RFP and the issuance of the Contract. Any changes to this schedule will be posted in the Purchasing Department website

Protest and Disputes

With respect to a protest of the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation, including any provisions governing the methods for ranking bids, awarding contracts, reserving rights of further negotiation, or modifying or amending any contract, the notice of protest shall be filed in writing within 72 hours (Saturdays, Sundays and state holidays excluded) after the posting of the solicitation. For purposes of this provision, the term “the solicitation” includes any addendum, response to written questions, clarification or other document concerning the terms, conditions, or specifications of the solicitation.
