Bay Coffee & Tea Company

Coffee is the second-largest commodity traded worldwide, after oil. In 2004, Herbert
and Carol Colvin founded the Bay Coffee &Tea Company inTampa Bay, Florida.Their
goal was specifically to market organic coffees and teas to local farmers markets in
and around the Tampa Bay area. As a result, they have developed a following of loyal
customers who are dedicated to the firm’s exceptional coffees and teas.The company’s
products can be found at the St. Petersburg Farmers Market, Moffitt Cancer Center,
Tampa International Airport and Hillsborough County Public Schools.
Bay Coffee & Tea Company is an eco-friendly firm committed to the environment. It
also focuses on fair-trade products, giving small co-operative farmers fair prices and
supporting other trade initiatives.
With the support of University of Tampa graduate students, Bay Coffee developed
online ordering and social-responsibility policies that will have specific local as well
as point-of-origin impact on coffee-farming families. Bay Coffee and Tea has evolved
from a local small business to a platform that has global economic impact.

Display America
When Display America (DA) first opened nearly two decades ago under President
Carlos Quinones, the company focused on providing tactical support for businesses
in need of pop-ups, banners and booths for exhibits and trade shows. Quinones soon
found that clients needed more.The firm evolved and became a full-service provider

GillyVending
Born in Cali, Colombia, and raised in the United States, Gilda Rosenberg studied at
Wellesley College in New England. Immediately after graduation, she attended the
University of Miami, earning her MBA. Soon after, Rosenberg began to chase her
dream of business ownership. For 33 years she has been the proud owner of Gilly
Vending.
Rosenberg’s passion for combining food and technology did not stop at creating a
great vending business. Through an unbeatable network of distribution and strategic
alliances, Gilly has developed into one of the largest minority-owned vending
enterprises in the United States.
Gilly provides automated vending and micro markets from coast to coast. Some of
Gilly Vending’s clients include American Airlines, Miami International Airport, Tri-
Rail, University of Miami, Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, University
of Central Florida,Yale University and Port Canaveral.
